+ Button-up refashion swap

top: refashioned   pants: thrifted/refashioned   shoes: steve madden  necklace: grandma’s
Now it is time that I show you guys how AMAZING Megan Nielsen’s refashion is! I feel like it came right out of a 60s department store, it is so flattering and vintage looking. I’m in LOVE. literally the best maternity top I own. And with the elastic in the back, it is so dang comfortable. The challenging watermelon sized belly hiding under my shirt was NO challenge at all for her. I was pleased to hear that she was doing my refashion because, well, she makes pregnancy patterns for a living and it is her passion! I’m pretty DANG lucky! She is also the author of DIY maternity blog, where you can get lots of pregnancy ideas, refashions, and sewing tutorials.
THANKS Megan!!

  1. wow, that looks amazing. i would die to have megan make me something. she is so talented. what a fun thing you guys are doing.

  2. Lovely! I love the pants too – I saw the post you did about making them but how are you still fitting in them? – have you got a secret tip for turning normal jeans into maternity ones (that is hopefully reversible!) ? At 28 weeks pregnant, I am certainly not fitting into my old jeans (even with this little tip that I found: http://www.mumsdays.com/maternity-clothes-retrofitting-your-old-ones/)!

  3. Yeah, you look smokin’. That top is so pretty, Megan did such an amazing job! PS you’re lipstick wearing has totally inspired me to try sporting some. I’ve never owned any lipstick, and my first purchase was a TOTAL fail, but I’m determined to find some that works, cause it’s so pretty on you!

  4. beautiful like always… I’m envious! 😉

  12. By far the most joy you can have with out skipping shoes

  13. Good post. I learn something totally new and challenging on blogs I stumbleupon on a daily basis. It’s always useful to read content from other authors and practice a little something from their sites.

  14. Time is much more important than love. Are you not convinced? This is how it goes: If I give you love yet I have no time for you, would you believe that I truly love you? Most likely not right? But if I give you my time, I’m sure you’ll end up realizing that I love you.

  15. Such amazing design I liked it very much it is more fashionable and mindblowing also keep posting more like this it is very helpful
